Industrial Heating Solution is the official representative of Ukrainian leaders in producing industrial boilers – Kotlozavod Kriger and KotloTurboProm factories. IHS deals with sales, warranty, and post-warranty service of industrial boilers

The Kotlozavod Kriger focuses on producing biomass boilers from a 0.3 up to 12 MW capacity. It has a production technology for RDF and cogeneration boilers.

Today, Kriger is:

– more than 20 years of experience and research in the field of heating and energy-saving technologies; – own design office which provides services for the design and development of design estimates for the construction and reconstruction of heat-generating facilities; – own design office which developed about 100 types of heat-generating equipment; – accredited laboratory for quality control of heat engineering equipment; – production and sales of complex boiler equipment: • solid-fuel water-heating boilers of up to 12 MW capacity; • solid fuel boilers operating on overheated water with the capacity up to 12 MW; • solid fuel steam boilers with the capacity up to 24 tons of steam/h; • solid fuel boilers operating on high-temperature organic heat-carrier (OHC), with a capacity up to 12 MW; • extended furnaces operating on solid fuels with a capacity up to 12 MW; • economizers; • mechanized storage depots for fuel supply; • automatic cleaning systems for internal surfaces of boilers and ash handling; • flue gas cleaning systems; – construction, installation and start-up works, as well as warranty and service maintenance for the boiler and technological equipment manufactured by Kriger following the requirements of the European and national standards; – production and sale of biofuels from local fuels by the technical conditions; logistics for deliveries; – production and sales of heat energy, steam and hot water supply to solid-fuel boilers of Kriger company using renewable energy sources.

The production capacity of the enterprise has the equipment from the best world producers (VANAD from the Czech Republic, FRONIUS from Austria, HYPERTHERM from the USA, DAVI from Italy, and HACO from Belgium). The use of modern technologies (orbital welding technology for pipe plates, powder spraying of metals, high-precision molding on completed models, the application of heat-resistant concrete), constant improvement of products we manufacture, and the expansion of the model line using modern 3D software, the intellectual capital of highly qualified specialists of our enterprises provide high quality and reliability of manufactured products.

All products of Kriger company have certificates of conformity of the EU, Ukraine, the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, and the enterprise has all necessary permits for the construction of boiler-houses on a turnkey basis. The enterprise implements a quality management system by the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015. Certification has been carried out by the approved TÜV NORD CERT methodology.
